My husband and I are going to be doing the Sacred Heart Soup Diet. We began on Monday March 2 and it will go on for a week. Below you will find the ingredients needed and also a video on how to make the soup.
The only alterations we made to this is that we eat Fruit and Veggies on the first 3 days. The diet calls for Fruit on Day 1, Veggies on Day 2, and Fruit and Veggies on Day 3. You do this the way that you see fit and what fits your family.
I will be working out on Monday Wednesday and Friday. My husband will not because he does hard labor at work.
SOUP:
- 1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
- 3 plus large green onions
- 1 large can of beef broth (no fat)
- 1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
- 1 bunch of celery
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 lbs. Carrots
- 2 Green Peppers
